Welcome to our screen printing department. Screen printing is historically one of the oldest and simplest forms of printing. A print is made by using a squeegee to force ink through a stencil or emulsion that's supported by fabric stretched over a frame to create a screen. Images on the screen are created by blocking parts of the screen with stencils created by hand-drawn/cut or computer generated artwork.
Students have hands on training on screen printing t-shirts, hand towels, and sweat shirts from start to finish. Along with screen printing the students have a t-shirt heat press at hand to print t's of a smaller quantity. |
